The Linden Park Place House

This lovely Victorian sits off of Lake Michigan on the North Shore of Chicago and is a registered historic home.

The primary suite, added in the 80s, needed to be visually cohesive with the rest of the house. Overly heightened ceilings were dropped, excessive ceiling cans were removed and new interior doors and hardware reflective of the Victorian movement were added. Redesigned in a warm palette with painted woods, crisp marbles and intriguing artwork, the primary suite is an elegant reflection of its owners. Throughout the home, Pure & Simple Interiors also leveled out and replaced windows, added much-needed architectural moldings and matched existing trim.

Contrasting tumbled concrete floors were installed in the primary bathroom harkening back to a time long ago.
